The Best Foods To Reverse Cavities Naturally and Treat Tooth Decay

There is nothing more painful and annoying than having a cavity.  Millions are told each and every year that gum disease, cavities and rotten teeth is a natural phenomenon and is perfectly normally.

Many will fill their cavities hoping that this will solve their bad teeth.  Unfortunately, fillings are not the answer to tooth decay and it essentially traps the infection inside the tooth which can lead to serious health problems.

When cavities begin to occur in individuals, it’s typically a sign of an internal problem or dysfunction happening in the body.

Dr. Weston A Price and Cavity Research

Weston A. Price, a dentist who studied various tribes still living a traditional way of life, noticed that these people were free from degenerative tooth decay.  He also found that these people were much more robust and healthy and put the typical westerner to shame in terms of health and vitality (1).

The problem with tooth decay is that it’s entirely caused by diet choices.  Excessive grains, sugar, candy and not enough healthy animal fats in the diet is the main cause of bad teeth.

If you’re experiencing tooth decay at a rapid pace, we highly recommend you read Dr. Weston Price’s book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.  This book will put you on the right path on your journey of healing cavities naturally.

In the meantime, be sure to grab this FREE book that shows you how to properly eat.  This book includes many of the same foods in which Dr. Price observed were being eaten by the Natives.  It will put you on the right tract in terms of what you should be eating every day for optimal health.

The Best Foods to Heal Cavities Naturally

Since we are not allowed to make any claims, we cannot say that these foods will definitely heal your teeth and cavities.  However, they have been used for centuries and millions swear by the effects these foods have on the teeth.  In our experience, we have not found any other foods on the planet that benefit the teeth as much as the ones about to be discussed.

Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil and Dental Caries

Literally one of the most beneficial super foods on the planet, cod liver oil is a godsend for anyone dealing with tooth decay.

CLO contains an extremely important vitamin called vitamin K2.  This vitamin is crucial for driving calcium into the bones where it belongs.  For those unaware, teeth are in fact bones.  Those with weak bones oftentimes suffer from bad teeth as well.  The majority of the population gets enough calcium in the diet, but they are severely lacking in K2.  Unfortunately, without the presence of K2, calcium will not be able to go into the bones and calcification will begin to occur in the body.

A study published in Integrative Medicine found that vitamin K2 promotes arterial flexibility by preventing the accumulation of calcium in the arteries and that it helps correct calcium amounts in the body.  It was concluded that vitamin K2 in tandem with calcium is the solution for bringing the necessary bone benefits, not just calcium alone (2).

As well as containing the every so important vitamin K2, CLO is also an excellent source of highly bioavailable vitamin D.

Research has shown that raising vitamin D levels in the body significantly reduces the incidence of dental caries (3).

We highly discourage the use of synthetic vitamins in order to obtain vitamin D and K2.  CLO contains both vitamin D and K2 in a recognizable form to the body.  All the vitamins in minerals found within CLO work synergistically together in the body and can help prevent dental caries.

High Vitamin Butter Oil and Cavities

As mentioned before, vitamin K2 is extremely important for those with tooth decay.  High vitamin butter oil from cows eating rapid growing green grass is extremely high in vitamin K2.  This is because the green grass is naturally high in vitamin K1.  When cows eat this green grass, they convert the K1 into the beneficial vitamin K2 and then excrete the K2 through the milk.

So, how is butter oil made?

The process is quite complex as it uses centrifuge technology to separate the high vitamin butter oil from the butter.  It’s also performed using low temperature to ensure no nutrients found within the butter oil are lost to heat.  It takes about 8 pounds of cream to make a single jar of butter oil!

High vitamin butter oil contains high amounts of K2 (more so than cod liver oil) and vitamin D. Those with lower levels of vitamin D are more at risk of developing tooth loss (4).

Butter oil is also a great source of butyric acid.  Studies show that this rare acid contains anti-inflammatory properties and positively supports the immune system (5).

High vitamin butter oil is an absolute must for anyone dealing with cavities, gum disease or dental caries.
